screw heads and red oak flooring

Some of the screws are not completely flush with my plywood sub floor I installed in preparation for my hardwood floor. They don't stick up much, probably 1/32" or less. Is this going to be a problem?

The bit from my drill stripped out the head of the screw before the screw drove in deep enough.
