any suggestions on what's better to use an orbital sander or square that moves back and forth when redoing hardwood floors

sanding hardwood

Bunce had the best rental for this , BUT I WOULD NOT USE THEM AS A PROFFESSIONAL .it's the drum sander they have , It has a cam lock , Is really heavy . if you rough sanded the gunk off with 40 grit then stepped up to 60 then 80 , THEN VIBE it out .
