Sanding Concrete Basement Floor

My basement concrete floor has a layer of red paint and a layer of glue. I used a scraped to scrape it smooth, but I need to remove all the paint and glue so I can put down tile.

Does anyone know what is the cheapest and easiest way to sand the floor?

Thank you

Sanding Concrete Basement Floor

Hire a shot blasting company. Might not be the cheapest, but definitely the easiest.
