Sanding in between Varathane water based floor finish?

Greetings all,

I just put down my first coat of Varathane Water Based diamond floor finish.

Apparently I should sand before applying the second coat, exactly what should I use for the dust clean up? Mineral spirits is what I read for oil based finishes, but I'm not sure about water based. I also could use a tack cloth, but that just doesn't seem to pick up too well...

I would use my shop vac with a good filter and tac rag.
