Rust-oleum EPOXYShield Coating?

I have been considering Rust-oleum EPOXYShield (Garage or Industrial) Coating for my garage floor.

First has anybody used these? Are they any good?
If I use this coating on my floor now will I be able to lay tile on my slab later? And what would I have to do to prep the floor for tile?

I believe the garage coating is water based and the Industrial is oil based.

Why would you want to lay tile on a garage floor? Planning to use it as a living space? I don't think it'd adhere unless you scuff it up well.

Ok, really nice for presenting and working on a show car, but not necessarily good for a minivan/suv environment with kids, lawn equipment, trips to costco, etc.

Don't own a minivan nor a costco card. I want a garage so nice I would rather spend time in their than my living room.
