Question Russell Contracting, Gettysburg PA

Hello all,
Has anyone had any dealings with 'Direct Buy'? One of my customers has recently purchased some ceramic tile from them and they told him that they are to be installed without grout. They have a look of hardwood and using grout will take away from the hardwood appearance. Does anyone have any suggestions? And don't say "Use hardwood" lol Thus far I've only had one response from an arrogant individual that was no help at all.

Eric,
It is supposed to be installed with narrow grout lines. If they don't want grout tell them to install hardwood.
