Rubber roll flooring for Basement Gym

I am looking to put a small workout room in the basement and was considering rubber flooring:

The room is below grade and the floor has been painted for several years.

Can I assume that I am not likely to have a moisture problem btw the concrete subfloor and the rubber roll?

Rubber roll flooring for Basement Gym

If you have never experienced any moisture issues in this room, then it is probably unlikely to be a problem. However, you could ask the manufacturer what their take is on moisture and maybe even get a calcium chloride test to test the moisture to ensure you are within their guidelines.

tape a large piece of clear plastic to the floor. watch it for 1 week. this will tell you about what to expect.
