Replacing torn up Linoleum flooring

My dog tore up the linoelum in the bathroom. It's pulled up and shredded in to large pieces about 3 ft x 5 ft. The rest of the floor wasn't harmed and is still glued down looking great. Is there a way I can replace just the shredded part? If so, where do I find matching linoleum? If I have to replace the whole floor, is that a lot of work? I'm not a very experienced DIY person, but I just don't want to pay for this to be installed. That little $%&# sure did a number on the flooring. You'd think there was a tiger locked up in there.
