Replacing tiles

So we just get finished having a contractor put 900+ sf of 20" tile in our downstairs yesterday. We are walking through and noticed one of the tiles in the dinning room has a small chip on the edge and another tile has a shiney spot on it, looks like a glazing issue, only saw it because its in the entry way and the hall light was on, I thought something spilled on the floor. They used latacrete perma color grout and said they can pull the bad tiles out and replace and regrout and there will not be an issue with grout matching. I am concerned as I don't want the cure to be worse than the diesease. Am I being too paranoid?

Should look fine. But like I tell me wife, we're not flying to the moon here or building in a "clean-room". Every job is going to have some small flaws and tolerances vary from person to person.

A craftsman's Level 5 drywall finish starts to look like the surface of the moon once you put it under a microscope.
