replacing subflooring in pier & beam

What is the path of least resistance to replacing rotted subflooring under a bathtub in pier & beam when access to the area under the house is poor? Thanks!!

If you can't access from underneath, you have no other recourse but to pull the tub and go at it from the top........ Time to think "upgrade".
