Replacing Damage Planks in Laminate Floors
I am getting conflicting answer on how to replace a damaged plank in the middle of the laminate floor. One suggest to remove the planks starting from the last plank until you reach the damage plank is require. Another, told me that you can just cut the damage plank in a way so that you can pretty much lift it out and replace it with a good plank. Which is the best way? I also read instruction on how to make these cut to safely remove the damage plank. Does the technique require to replace the plank depends on whether its a glueless (click) or a glued plank or either technique would work?
I disassemble the floor up to the damaged board.
Personally I have never attempted a single plank replacement in a click together floor. The were difficult enough to do in a glue together and never really look right to me anyway
