replacing 3/4 inch sub floor


What would it cost to replace 900 square feet 3/4 inch sub floor.

Materials only? Or labor as well? And what do you want to replace it with? Plywood, OSB, 1X boards?

Why are you changing it? Call your local lumber yard and get the cost of the subflooring you want and add the cost of fasteners and adhesive---add in a compressor and gun if you don't have one already---

Hammer,pry bar --saw and blades---and you have the cost---
