I recently had my foundation repaired requiring interior piers. My foundation has several cracks running thru it and I have noticed moisture build up around the cracks and edges of the new cement where the piers were placed. What is the best way to repair this so I can put down new carpet and laminate flooring without risk of mold forming? Need Help!
There isn't anything necessarily you can do right there where the water is. You need to figure out where the water is coming from and fix that. You can't just fill a crack and be done. The water will still be there, and water always wins.
