Removing vinyl floor remains from basement concrete
After demo'ing my basement due to flooding, I am left with a nasty, sticky, residue of the remnants of the old vinyl floor. It appears to consist of glue and some of the backing off the old covering. I'm curious what will remove it with minimal amount of fumes and without damaging the concrete beneath it.

use a flooring scraper. You can find them at most of the big boxes. They have a sharp edge. A lot of work but it will do the trick with no fumes.
