removing subfloor

Hi I am new to this site, but not new to do-it-yourself projects. Problem is I have created a mess taking up the old sticky vinyl squares in my kitchen. The old linolium started to come up with it and now I am attempting to pull up the subfloor. Any easier way to do this, except killing my back and arms??? Have 3 days to get this up and the new floor in??

removing subfloor

Was the sheet goods glued right on the sub floor---no 1/4" underlayment?

What will the new floor be?

A roofing shovel works good if you have bubbled up ply or if you know how thick the ply is set a circular saw to that and cut away.
