Removing paint from concrete floors. HELP!
 

We moved into this loft about a year ago and the tenant before us (and against the owner's wishes) painted the concrete floors black! It is chipping in certain areas and it shows every speck of dirt or dog hair! How can we strip up the black paint the easiest? Any help is appreciated! Here is a photo

I would think a Floor Sander like used on Hardwood floors would be the most Efficent way........

cover it with carpet....

repaint the color you want
