Removing drain from shower

I have just finished my2nd dry pack mortar bed in my walk-in shower, As I was putting in the mortar I kept moving the drain so it wouldn't get stuck.
Early this morning I went to unscrew it and it's stuck. How do I losen it now there is not enough room under to get my fingers under Help please.

Why do you want to move it now?

Assuming you are trying to adjust the elevation to suit the tile thickness.
