Removing Ceramic Tile

What is the best way to remove ceramic tile from a floor? I have about 70 sq feet to do.

I figure there are 3 ways:
1. Hammer and cold chisel
2. Rent a rotary hammer for $50
3. Buy a $20 air hammer and chisel set

What are your experiences with these 3 methods or others?
