Redo transition from carpet to tile

I recently repaired a row of tiles in our hall. These tiles were the border between the tile and the carpet. Could someone give me some instructions on how I can stretch the carpet back and tuck it in again? Is this something I can do with normal household tools or will I need to rent some carpet tools?

Thanks,
Bryan
