Ready Seal Deck Stain

I have been reading a lot and have just about decided to use the Ready Seal line of products for my porch. I have about 1600sqf porch all covered. It is tongue/groove pressure treated pine. I have seen posts about ready seal remaining sticky especially if you over apply. Is this an issue? I don't want my porch sticky on hot days and tracking the oil into my hardwood floors inside. Will Ready seal completely dry or will it always stay "sticky"? I have seen some posts that say the oil never fully dries. This does not seem to be something I want happening.

Thanks,
jb

help me

Many views but no replys. Does anyone have any information they can give me.

Also, I want to know exactly how to apply ready seal. I have read on many web sites to apply two light coats. The second should be applied about 15 minutes after the first. Will the stain be dry enough that I can walk back over it to apply the second coat without damage?

Thanks for any help.

Light coats are the key!
Put any finish on too heavy and you will experience tackiness.

My recommendation is do only do a few boards at a time in 2 coat increments (with 15min drying between coats) so that you do not have to walk across the 1st coat.
