raising joist and sub floor?

I am closing in a porch to make it an addition to the house. the porch has a suspended slab floor and to match the transition from porch to kitchen i need to rip 2x4s down, glue down as joist, add sub floor, then 3/4 oak hardwood. the total amount is 3 3/8. I am thinking:
2x4 ripped 1 15/16th
subfloor 22/32
flooring .75

should i use a 7/16th sub floor and larger 2/4? this would allow me to add more foam insulation between the subfloor and the concrete........

Give me some ideas.
