raising a concrete foundation

New guy here, and I was wondering if I could get some advice. I will begin converting my garage to additional living space in the next few weeks. the slab in the garage and part of the back porch are about two inches lower than the slab for the inside of the house. i would prefer to not have a two inch drop into my new living area. any suggestions for raising the level of the lower slab to make it even with the inside? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Andy

raising a concrete foundation

A two inch difference gives you sufficient height to level with additional concrete. Call a local ready-mix supplier and ask them to recommend a 'mix design' for your application.
