Raising Concrete Floor 1 Inch

Hi I'm looking to raise my small bathroom floor (concrete slab) to level with the shower base and was looking for the best way of achieving this.

I'm kinda leaning towards pouring concrete opposed to putting boards down but I'm open for suggestions.

Can anyone recommend me some good products?

I must be missing something, why is the shower base not just sitting on the slab?
What's the plan for flooring?

It will sit on the slab but I want the rest of the floor to be level with it so it's curb less. I'll then tile it
