Quarter round on outside corners

I have installed Harmonics Brazillian Cherry laminate flooring and now need to put down the quarter round on several ROUND OUTSIDE CORNERS. I could not find any premade. I expect to have difficulty making these cuts.

I was planning on cutting small pieces to cover the corner but now that I have looked at it closer I believe it will look sloppy.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make two 22 1/2deg cuts instead of one 45deg cut. Or make four 11 1/4 deg cuts to ease around the bend.

That indeed may look sloppy.

Can you end the qtr round before the bend, return it into the wall, then continue on the other side of the bend? How would that look?

Can you forgo the qtr round all together in this area? Undercut the laminate under that part of the wall so no edge is seen.

How about flexible qtr round? Google turned up this http://www.ultraflexmoulding.com/
It can be stained to match.

I would go the flexible route if it wasn't too too costly.
