Purgo Flooring on top of slab w/ radiant floor heat

I am going to install a pergo floor very soon. Its a 1 floor ranch sitting on a slab with radiant heated floors.

I have two questions. The pergo flooring comes with a subfloor attached to it. Like a soft underlay so you don't need to buy the rolls.

I was wondering if thats takes a different blade than a regular carbide blade because of the underlay it comes with??

And there are 4 door ways, I will have to use thresholds but since the threshold will be on a slab what should I try to use? I don't know if they make thresholds w/ a sticky on adhesive on it to just slap it on. Any ideas on how to do the thresholds??

Thank you

I believe that should be "PERGO".
