Proper sub floor

I am planning on tiling my family room. The sub floor is 4x8 joists on 32" centers with 1 1/8 inch OSB. I plan on using Hardy Backer over the OSB. Is this sub floor adequate or do I need to install 2x8 blocking between the joists? Thanks.

Jim

Add blocking between your 4x8 joists.
