Prepping Concrete Subfloor

Hi - I'm prepping my concrete subfloor for engineered hardwood glue down. When I pulled the carpet, I found a crack down the center wall to wall about 4 feet from the furthest wall. I layed a level from one side of the crack to the furthest wall and there's about an inch gap at the furthest point.

Question is how do I fix this? Do i just pour auto leveling cement along the furthest wall until there is not gap when comparing to the other side of the crack?

Thanks!

Brian
