porcelain tiles

I got installed new porcelain tiles on the floor.

Now when i mop the floor it's so hard to mop the floor properly because i barely put any water on the mop and still I get the water stain left on the tiles. Also my tiles got some stains on it from doing the cabinets in the kitchen.

I wanted to know if their's any products that somebody could recommend me to mop the porcelain tile so i dont get the water stain left after, also a product to remove some stain from the tile.

Thanks your time
