Can you fill in the blanks for use?
What is it your really trying to do?
If your thinking of tiling right over plywood hold up.

I am assuming you want to install tile to the plywood. If this is the case I would suggest attaching a cement board to the plywood and then install the tile. It will make for a much better job.

Not sure why you think using "thin skin" is such a good method. But it needs to be bonded to the substrate like anything else. So, Can I Apply Thinset Over Zinsser Primer?

What makes you think Armen is italian? Why does it matter?
