Lol, thank you very much. Granite guys are coming tomorrow, a nuetral color. Backsplash will be a light beige travertine done in a subway tile look.
Appliances are all stainless.

Wow bad form on my part. I hadn't realized that I left this thread unfinished and hanging, as I hate reading threads only to find they never come back and show finished products, I'm embarrassed to be now one of those people.
So here is my finished kitchen. Only thing left now is caulking...very happy lady here!
We even got new windows in front of house, I couldn't be more happy!
