Peel and Stick Vinyl Tiles

The contractors installed the peel and stick tiles over tar paper and they are not sticking. How can I fix the problem?

NO KIDDIN' ! And they won't stick either. Have those geniuses take the floor out and start over. Lick and stick tiles WILL NOT adhere to tar paper and that isn't the way it is done anyway. Have someone read the instructions next time around.

WOW! Never heard of that. Have those Einstein's tear it all out. It will never stick. I prefer a light coat of pressure sensitive adhesive applied with a paint roller before putting peel and stick down. It will be stuck forever.
