Pebble/Epoxy flooring

I love the look of the epoxy pebble flooring I've seen in some upscale retail shops. I'm considering doing this on our first floor, we have a distinctly Asian themed house and garden...and I love the look. My biggest question is: can this be layed over a particle board subfloor? We have a crawlspace...I don't think concrete can go over this subfloor.

Anyone have any experience with this flooring? Did you like it?

Pebble Epoxy Question

You can float over the wood sub floor as long as it is sturdy and need to be sealed and waterproofed before. Pebble/ Epoxy Kits are available at

PB is not a approved substrate for a lot of flooring , let alone something that is poured .
Best to contact Pebblestone from the link jbeaz2273 posted and see what their installation guidelines are . What type of joist system do you have ?
length & size of joist . spacing on center ?
