hi.. can anyone tell me how to paint floorboards, what prep work is needed and which paints and sealents to use thanks. anyone had any bad or good experiences when doing this??
Painting floors will work ok in low traffic areas. A floor grade polyurethane can be used as the sealant and hold up well to seal art work ect. As with any painted surface prep the surface should be well sanded so the paint can get bite. Probably a 180 grit paper would get good results. here is a link to another thread about painting floors.
