One Bathroom - tiling the floor

We have one bathroom and are ready to tile the bathroom floor today.
We are using 12x12 tiles with 1/16 spacers. (I just don't want to clean that grout and the tile shop said that spacing is fine for the tile we've chosen.) The question is, can I speed up this process? We obviously have to take the toilet out to tile. We will tile the floor today. I know that has to set awhile. I will probably be without a toilet for a night. (There's a gas station nearby.). If we grout tomorrow, how long should I wait to set the toilet back on? Can that be done tomorrow night after the grout has been there all day? We're using unsanded grout due to the small grout line.

You should wait about 4 hours---cover the new work with cardboard---that should do.
