New Tile Work - Shoddy?


Had some porcelain tile laid recently and I'm not happy about the cut made on one of the tiles thats on an outside corner. I'm inclined to get the tile guy back in here to fix this but he's going to have to rip out the base and shoe moulding along with this tile. Am I being too picky here or do you guys think this is acceptable?

haha yea really. the part i hate about this is the guy also installed base and shoe moulding after the tile was laid. So he KNEW this was a **** cut. He would have at least seen it when grouting.

Gee Marcus, don't be soooo picky. Just keep the lights off and cover that area with something.

Next time hire a tile setter instead of a handyman who always wanted to try setting some tiles.
