Need suggestions for Hardwood floor, engineered Lock and Fold?
A warm hello to this community, pretty excited to be here. This is my first post, and will be staying here for a very very long time. Recently i ventured into DIY projects, and so far i am loving it. Nothing like sweating and making things work around your house.
Currently we are in the process of remodelling our townhome, and look forward to a lot of changes around. Very very tight budget, as a lot has to be achieved.
Hence i am limited to a lot of wonderful resources this community has to offer.
In two weeks or so, we are planning to lay hardwood floor in our living room, and they are concrete floors, as i live in a town home.
I am told that the only option i have is Lock and Fold Engineered flooring.
However i see that this particular type of wood is pretty expensive at various stores.
Need your guidence, kindly let me know a source/brand/type for anything below 3 dollars. I do not like what lumber liquidators sell. :D
I am based in Illinois, near by chicago burbs.
