Need Ideas on transitions

I have three areas of transition that are tricky after a recent kitchen remodel. The first is from laminate to carpet, where the carpet was laid on ceramic tile (this was years ago), so it is higher than the laminate.

The next two are both carpet to tile transitions, again the carpet is on old ceramic tile and transitioning to new tile, lower than the carpet

I bought the 3 in 1 molding from pergo that includes a "step down" molding..I know tow of these do not even involve laminate, but could not think of anything else.

Tearing up the laminate or new tile is out of the question. I can trim laminate if needed. I can pull carpet up at the transition if needed and then tack it back down.

Would love some ideas, I have never dealt w/ transitions before.

And transition is going to require getting rid of those metal trips.
Any real flooring store will stock or can order just about any style moulding you could ever need.
Here's just on example.

Carpet over tile
How is it even held in place?

I think he nailed the tack strip into the grout lines on the tile. We did that when we first moved in, had no time to pull old tile up (bought foreclosed house before old house was sold, baby on the way, etc), although hindsight is always 20/20. I do plan on removing the metal trip...was going to put normal tack strip down and use the step down molding. Will check out your link, thanks.

When we went from tile to hardwood at my last house, there was over an inch difference between the floors. I got a 2x6 board and routed out under it so that it overlapped the tile and covered the edge. That created a threshold between the rooms and wasn't a jarring transition.

I don't see a problem with any of them, just pull up the metal strip, and put in a flat transition on all of it.
