nailer


i'm getting ready to install some more prefinished 3/4" t&g hardwood flooring, and decided to buy a gun. what is the preference nowadays? nails, staples air/not? thanks

nailer


I prefer a Smith and Wesson. No, Just kidding. To anwser your question, I prefer aa "L" clet over the staple. Personal preference! Staples have very good holding power. You can purchase nailers that will shot both. One of mine does this..Air power is the only way to go, unless you like sore arms. The mallet is a bit heavier on a manual.
