Question

Nail vs Screw

I'm getting ready to install a engineered floor over a concrete slab in my garage (soon to be living room). My plan is to seal the concrete, then lay down 2x4's on their sides using shims to level, and then OSB on top of the 2x4's. When attaching the 2x4's to the concrete should they be nailed using a concrete nailer or should I screw them in with the special concrete screws?

Thanks

-Jeremy
