My not-so-perfect expoxy tile job

Okay, so I put down this grout all over the kitchen and found, when it dried, there are areas between the tile that have bubbled up or not very smooth. What can I do to remove/smooth down this already dried expoxy (it's been a few months). I have the acid that Home Depot recommended for the epoxy removal off of the tile itself. Help!
