My Flooring Project

Hi all,

I'm just beginning work on my home that I'm piecing back together. I'm starting in the bathroom, which is the only one of the house. I am debating whether I should let the bathroom share the same flooring as the rest of the home, or if I should use a different flooring scheme in it as to use it to "separate" the room from the rest of the home.

I'm leaning towards purgo clip-together laminate wood for the home, but am unsure if this would not be smart in a bathroom?

And on the other hand, I've been contemplating putting heated floors in the bathroom, but I'm not sure if it would support the type of floor I'm interested in. Ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Most laminates do not do well in bathrooms. You should shop around to get one that is combatible with water areas. (wilsonart is one example). The best solution with heated floors would be ceramic.
