More buckling floor tiles....

I have terracotta floor tile in all areas apart from that bathroom. The house is about 7 years old and we have under floor heating. So i just kind of assumed i was on a concrete slab.

I got my floors proffesionally cleaned and sealed with the heating on (the guy said it would be fine to leave it on). By nightime a 'part' of my floor started buckling, tiles and grout cracking and raising.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Do you know what type of cleaning method was used?
