mold and wet plywood

we just found out that our washing machine drain hose has a hole in it. We pulled the machine out and found water behind the machine,so we started to pull up the vinyl tile and found mold and plywood to be very wet and swollen how can you tell how long it took to get swollen and start to mold?

Why is knowing that a concern? What difference does it make if someone says either three weeks or three days? If you have mould, then it probably took 48 hours, so at least two days ago...probably longer.

Now does knowing this change anything for you? does that change anything as far as the health issues are concerned?

Unless I misread the question, I suggest you just spend the time fixing it.
