Question mold under vinyl flooring

Hello everyone, I'm pretty new at home improvement projects so please be patient with me I've recently noticed a corner of vinyl peeling up where the bathtub meets the wall and underneath the vinyl there is some black mold..and there are also gray rings/spots on a ~12"x7" piece of the vinyl (I'm assuming its mold also).

Here is what I'm thinking of doing:
Cut the vinyl perpendicular to the tub, peel it back, kill the mold with bleach water, glue the vinyl back in place, then caulk where the tub meets the floor to ensure no water seeps underneath the vinyl again.

Or should I just find a new piece of vinyl the size of the area I want to replace and proceed as above starting with killing the mold?
