minwax fast-drying polyurethane on table top(too thick)

product applied too thick ? will it eventually dry? using for work bench. first coat went on well(over masonite) but second coat was applied thicker to help level area out,its been 48 hours and you can push material with hand and leave wrinkles but they eventually settle out.table is outside under the sun, will it eventually dry or do i need to do something else. want to add more coats after it dries.

I am not sure I understand this.

You are saying that in its last application, the end result was too thick, but you plan additional coats, correct? You are also wondering if this will eventually dry?

Have you ever worked with this material before?

I have never had this problem with any Minwax product.
