Matching grout?

We have a crack in the grout in the floor or our sunroom. I think it happened when some repairs were being done to the wall that is right next to the crack. Anyhoo, I need to replace one tile that was cracked and I need to replace about a 4 ft section of grout from the wall out. The house is about 20 years old, and it is the original grout.
What is the best way to match grout so that I don't have to redo all the grout in the entire room.

In addition, the grout that was around the door ?floor plate? (bottom of door) has come out. Is it better to regrout or to put caulk there?

thank you.
