MAPEI Mapelastic AquaDefense?

Hello,

I'm almost ready to install 18" x 18"porcelain tile on bare slab in a small guest bath, about 30 sq. ft..

There is a <1/16" crack that runs across the slab in this room:

The plane across the crack is flat, and the slab is 20+ years old. The slab is on grade, and a plastic sheet test doesn't show any moisture problem.

I'll be using the Mapei Ultraflex LFT to set the tile. I don't want to use Ditra but I'm wondering if a coat of the Mapei Mapelastic would be in order?

Thanks in advance, as always.

I think that would be a very good plan.
