Question

Making a uniform patio surface

I have a courtyard that has concrete, aggregate with Trek strips, and pavers.

I had seen on one DIY show a quick hint about putting an underlayment on the surface and then putting patio stones, pavers or tile over it.

I didn't get the name of the product. And, would this work for our patio?
