Lumber Liquidator is the flooring any good?

I am just getting started with a Rehab and we need about 1300 sq ft of flooring for the project. Does anyone have any experience from Lumber liquidators. I have been watching their sales and am looking for engineered hardwood for under two dollars. Is this stuff decent quality? Is it any harder to install than better hardwood floors? Thanks for any input.

It could be that the company picked out a really poor name for the company when they started business.

It sounds like a low level, dealer in damaged or obsolete products, while the reviews don't seem to say that.

It sounds as if they are trying to get rid of junk that no one else wanted.

we went into one of their "showrooms", it was actually a trailor parked in big storage lot, didn't feel comfortable seemed to mobile for me in case I wanted to get ahold of them after purchase.

Nothing wrong with their merchandise per se... Just that much of what they've got is discontinued, which is why they have it for cheap. They clear distributors out on their dropped products. Some of these products are high end.

However, you're unlikely to be able to get more later if you need it and you may not have the same warranty as if you buy running-line products.

I couldn't have said it better.
