I have had a pair for over a year now. I wear them when I grout floors. The reason I like them is because I can work on the floor and leave no marks.

The first time I used them, I was surprised that I was able to stand up and go home.

You don't want to use them for up and down activity. You could use them for laying tile as well, as long as you have a helper handing you stuff.

Again, if you wear regular knee pads, I find I can't get up and walk normally. So you can't stay down for long. With these, you can stay down for hours.

You lean back on the seats, and I suppose this is what enables you to rest.

I paid $100 and I would recommend them.

I still have my other strap on pair for other up and down work.

I haven't found any that work on grouting, so you don't make any indentations. Sure, there are rounded over, smooth pads, but you still have your feet to worry about.

These get everything out of the way and the frame touching the floor won't dig into the grout lines.
